LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! This home is across the street from Beachwalk19. You can be on the sand in one minute from the time you leave the driveway. The only thing that would be better is to be Gulf front and that would cost $Millions more. This home is in a very upscale area with many large gulf front houses within a block. This beautiful home was completely redone two years ago. All of the ceilings are shiplap and all of the flooring is LVP. Metal roof was done in 2019. The front of the house has a custom arbor that adds tremendous eye appeal. It is beautifully decorated and rental ready. Even though it has  been a private residence, most of the furniture stays. It is on a corner lot with plenty of parking on the oversized stone paver driveway. Surf drive is a unique low traffic street. The stone pavers are on both sides of the house leading to the large outdoor deck around the pool. There are outdoor tables adn chairs that make for a great place to hang out. The heated swim spa is great for year round enjoyment. Half of the pool is configured like a hot tub with seats and jets and half is like a pool. A new AC unit was installed earlier this year. In addition each bedroom has a portable AC units so even in the hottest part of the summer, the bedrooms are cool. The open family room and kitchen area make for a great gathering place. There is a granite counter bar that can seat 10 around the kitchen as well as a large table that can seat at least 10. There is a large screen TV in the family room as well as TV's in 4 of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is currently used as an office but would normally be used as a bedroom. The room with the built in bunks has a separate door for privacy and is really like a 5th bedroom. It has a window so the only reason it is not listed as a bedroom is because it does not have a closet.  The current bed configuration sleeps 16 but can easily sleep 18. All of the bathrooms have sliding glass doors with new tile around the whole shower. The hall bath has a new tub with tile around it along with the sliding glass door. The master suite has an extra large shower. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water. There are numerous hooks in each bathroom as well as around the outside shower to hold towels and swim suits. There is a white vinyl fence that surrounds the side and back of the house. Everything in this house has been completely redone. The separate laundry room has full size stackable stainless steel washer and dryer with amble storage shelves. The laundry room has an entrance directly from the pool area to mange all of the wet swim suits and towels. The bunk bedroom has sturdy large built in wood bunks. Now is the perfect time to buy to be ready for the upcoming vacation rental season or to use as a second home or permanent residence.
